OFF-CAMPUS ARMED ROBBERY
3100 Blk. N. Calvert St.
(3 Blocks East of Campus)
January 30, 2006- 11:45 PM
 
Three junior undergraduates, two standing in front of the private residence
and one on the steps, were robbed at gunpoint by two males wearing bandanas.
The robbers fled on foot with the victims' wallets and were last seen
running north on Calvert St.   No injuries.   Baltimore Police searched the
area with negative results.
 
Description of The Assailant:
 
1.  Black male, 19 - 20 years, 5'10" - 6" tall, thin build, wearing a dark
sweatshirt (possibly hooded) and a dark bandana.
 
2.  Black male, 19 - 20 years, 5'10" * 6" tall, thin build, wearing a dark
sweatshirt (possibly hooded) and a red bandana.
 
Each carried a dark colored handgun.

When confronted with an armed robber the best thing to do safety-wise is to
relinquish any property demanded and refrain from making any sudden
movements that might startle the robber.   Without being obvious about it,
try to form a detailed memory of the robber's appearance so that you can
make positive identification afterwards.
 
Timely and accurate crime reporting is critical to crime prevention.
 
Report all criminal incidents promptly to the security department or other
security authority.
