[Chat] inspections

Blankhi,

for all you real estate people out there....does an older house or an apt in a house ,need to be inspected for lead paint before being rented. does the landlord have to show an inspection cert to the prospective tenant? if so is this a state wide thing or each jurisdiction decides?
