[Chat] police reports

Hi Judy,

I don't know; that suggestion came from Odette, reporting on the CVCBD
meeting after I had to leave.  John's suggestion to tell the officer you
want to see his shift supervisor is probably more immediately
effective.

I was under the impression that you attend the Northern District police
community relations meetings.  Perhaps you can find out the contact
information for us all?
