[Chat] need opinions

Dawna, thank you.  I don't think they realize what a mess it is/was/has
been.

They are young.  They're neat people, and I'm glad they're my neighbors.  

It could be worse!

Christine...sorry about the mess you had to clean up.  Our neighbors have
always left notes for everyone on the block whenever they have undertaken
major work on their properties. I guess it never occurred to yours to do
that.  Assuming good intentions, they probably had no idea how much dust
their project would generate.
