[Chat] Smoking ban passed!

Going out in recent years at bars in Massachusetts and New York CIty was a 
far more pleasant experience without the smoke.   It's great that Baltimore has 
finally caught on.   But that is disapppointing about Jack.   Did he give any 
reason for his vote?
