  You can join Flexcar for free ... or, forward this note and invite your friends.  When I lived in Maryland, I used Flexcar a lot and it was great!  I really enjoyed the peace of mind of having the option to pick up a car any time I needed one.  I used Flexcars for lunch meetings with clients, getting to doctor's offices that were not reachable by Metro and bus, etc.
