[Chat] Rental house in CV

Our housesitter/petsitter is looking to move to Charles Village (she has fallen in love with CV
after housitting for us several times). She just graduated from Loyola and she and three other
friends are looking to rent in CV. They need three bedrooms (one is a couple) and are looking to
move in July. Their budget is $1,500/month. I told her I'd look out for her in the neighborhood
but thought I'd ask around for her to see if anyone knew of any rentals coming open this summer.
