[Chat] Thir-tea First Street Tea Room closed!

I was dismayed to see that the ThirTea First Street Tea Room
has closed!  Their website is still up:

http://www.thir-teafirststreetcafeandtearoom.com/

But there is a sign out front saying that they are closed
for good and thanking their customers.

Does anyone know what happened?
