[Chat] Follow up: tonight's dog attack and Baltimore law

Paul - I am very sorry to hear about this horrible experience.  I hope that
both Greg and your dog recovery fully.  Can you provide a little more detail
(e.g. east side / west side; how many houses from 27th or 28th street) about
the location of the property where the dog and youths originated before the
attack?  I will certainly look to avoid this property when walking with my
daughter and advise others on the block to do the same.
