Christine,

I received the same bulletin from a couple of sources.  However, 
according to this morning's Sun, the restrictions were lifted at 6 this 
morning.  Here is a link to the article in the Sun:

Note that the bulletin refers to the water main break "today" on Argonne 
Drive.  But that break occurred yesterday.
