Christine,

I received the same bulletin from a couple of sources.  However, according
to this morning's Sun, the restrictions were lifted at 6 this morning.  Here

Note that the bulletin refers to the water main break "today" on Argonne
Drive.  But that break occurred yesterday.

MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION NOW IN EFFECT 
FOR BALTIMORE CITY WATER CUSTOMERS

Department of Public Works Director David E. Scott has announced that
mandatory water conservation is now in effect for the 1.8 million water
customers it serves. 

This is due to a 42-inch watermain break that occurred today on Argonne
Drive.

Additional, more specific, restrictions may be forthcoming. 

Customers should stay tuned to local news broadcasts or call 311 for
more information or updates.
