[Chat] Mayor's Fall Clean-up on Saturday, October 23!

Hi all,

A Baltimore-wide Fall Clean-Up has been scheduled for Saturday, October 23.
I've attached the city's press release regarding the event. It looks like
community groups are supposed to call 311 to register for the event, and
then the city will provide trash bags and trash pickup.

Hooray for cleanups!
