It does indeed sound like a worthy cause.  I was only dimly
aware about the issue of homeless shelters usually taking
only individuals, not families, and Heart's Place being the

due to lack of funding?  Does anyone know the latest on this?  Heart's Place
Homeless Shelter is located in the basement of St. John's Church at 2640 St.
Paul St.  Their closing would really be a travesty.
