What gangs in the district?   A brief description of what we should be looking for would be helpful with an announcement like this...

 

This totally reminds me of they way they pitch the 11 o'clock news.

"You could be dead tomorrow...details at 11"

In light of the recent spike in gang violence in the District, the CVCBD Community Safety Program is sponsoring a “Gang Information Workshop.” The purpose is to educate the residents in the culture of today's “gang lifestyle,” provide information about how to safeguard against gang violence, and to answer many of the community’s questions.
