My opinion is that the Discussion List got a bad reputation because of the heated debates and differences of opinions voiced there -
That reputation sticks, unfortunately, even for people who have never been on it, but have heard from others how bad it is....
However, it now appears that not only is there no longer any meaningful discussion, there apparently is not any information of any kind on it either.
So, everyone can come back now, or, join for the first time even...

Since the activity or lack of on the discussion list, discussion
stalkers may want to sign onto the chat list. There is good info on
