25th Street Station PUD update 10022013: 
  
The Developer will present to the Communities of Charles Village, including Abell, Barclay, Harwood, and Old Goucher,   and of Remington, including Historic Fawcett, on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 6:30 p.m . at the basement of SS Philip and James Catholic Church at 2801 N Charles Street the same design drawings for the proposed amendment to the PUD as were presented to the City's UDARP panel at the 9/26 hearing.  There will be an opportunity to ask questions of the developer and comments will be collected by community association reps for delivery to the City's Planning Department before November 4, 2013.  The amended plans can be seen online at www.charlesvillage.net  .  

Comments and questions should be delivered to guidahome at comcast.net .  Department of Planning will only be considering comments that relate to the amendments and not to any portion of the PUD that has already been approved and is not being amended.
