I have the same problem and it comes from the tin roof of the bay windows in the front bedroom. The only roofer I have ever found who understands this problem and knows how to caulk the fittings , and repair if necessary , is James M cDonald who used to advertise in the Charles Villager as a Flat Roof Specialist who provides "S ame D ay Service Leak Repairs" He can be reached at 443-538-2104. I have not used him in about a year so I hope he is still around. He is very responsive and responsible and he does good work.

During the snowstorm a few weeks ago we had a leak in our bedroom.? Now that the weather is finally better we aim to investigate to see if it's something that can be foxed with a patch.? However, if the roof needs repair/re-coating, does anyone have any recommendations for a local roofer?

A lot of my clients have used Tim Bittner of Precision Roofing. His office # is 410-235-5753.
Another roofer doing a fair amount of work in the neighborhood is Ricky LaRicci who advertises in The Charles Villager.
Also, I thought that I would point out that several people I know thought they had a leaky roof when in fact water was entering through deteriorated mortar joints on exterior brick walls.

this came up on nextdoor.com recently... In addition to the preceding good
things were said about G&F Contracting (Bob Frist). 410-686-1214. ABC
Roofers 410-947-1611 and on this list I've also seen positive things
about James
McDonald-- 443-538-2104
When I had work done I went w/ a contractor recommended by St Ambrose (the
group that renovated the house). I wish I 'd seen this review (see
http://www.yelp.com/biz/prompt-service-inc-pasadena) first as it almost
exactly mirrors my experience (except possibly that I still have a problem).
