CVCBD Quad 4 representative Joel Wilson will host a meeting tomorrow,
Sunday March 28, to discuss the proposed changes to the CVCBD By-Laws.
The meeting will be held at 7:00pm at the home of Joel and Sarah Wilson
at 3049 Guilford Ave, three porches south of 31st Street.  Refreshments
