WALKING TOUR
Eutaw Place, Baltimore's Grandest Boulevard
EutawPlace
Date: Saturday, May 12, 2012
Time: 10am-12pm
Meeting Location: Francis Scott Key Monument at the corner of Eutaw Place and Lanvale Street
Eutaw Place , often called America's first grand boulevard, is a spectacular Victorian street with some of the best architecture in Baltimore. Unfortunately, Eutaw Place also has some of Baltimore's worst examples of urban renewal from the 1960s.
Jubilee Baltimore is now leading a major project to plan and redevelop Eutaw Place and its surroundings. Join Jubilee and learn about the past, present and future of what has been, can be and should be Baltimore's greatest street.
Click here to visit the project website and read more about this planning initiative .
All tours are free of charge but registration is required.
Please RSVP to talya at jubilebaltimore.org .
